We are looking for the right individual to join our Kubota One Service Department Team!

The position of a Kubota Agriculture & Construction Service Technician at Norfolk Tractor is responsible for all aspects of repair and maintenance of customer machinery. Diagnostic skills are important as is the ability to work cooperatively with others within the dealership service and parts departments.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs On-Site Diagnostics & Repair of Agricultural and Construction Related Equipment
• Works in a Safe, Efficient Manner in Co-operation with Other Employees
• Participates in Required Training Programs
• Accurate, Concise Completion of Time Punches/Work Orders
• Accounts for All Time & Materials Used to Perform Assigned Tasks
• Respect for Company Assets: Keeping Service Vehicles Clean and Tools in Good Repair

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems Used in Agricultural & Construction Equipment
• Ability to Lift Up to 75 lbs Repeatedly
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
• Valid, Clean Driver's License With a Preference for Commercial License
• Fork Lift License Preferred
• Experience Considered an Asset
• Current Apprentice Welcome
