Jet Set YVR Parking the first North American self-service drop-and-go parking facility is looking for Shift Supervisors!

Concord Parking Shift Supervisors assist the Site Manager in executing valet parking operations during scheduled shifts at our Vancouver International Airport location. As a team lead, you will train and deploy staff, delegate tasks, as well as be an active member of the team. You will support the management of the team, and all routine operations safely, securely, and efficiently. You will be responsible for setting an example in the workplace and acting in accordance with Concord Parking policies and principles.

You will be a great fit if you are:

• Grade 12 graduate or equivalent
• Experienced in the parking industry and supervision (minimum 1-year supervisory experience)
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Class 5 driver with a clean driver abstract
• Able to drive manual transmissions
• IT literate and confident with using technology Excel and MS Office suite
• Experienced in customer service in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Confident in conflict resolution
• Customer-focused with the professional and polished demeanor
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English

Shift: 06:00 - 14:30 Saturday & Sunday, 14:00 - 22:30 Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday

Starting Wage: $ 26.00 per hour
