Position involves a combination of office related duties and work in the Warehouse.
Job description:
- Work with the traffic department to control the flow of trailers in and out of the yard
- Maintain trailer logs
- Maintain an update SAP
- Control and send paperwork to carriers
- Notify traffic department of any loads not dispatched from yard or not picked up
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of shipping/warehouse experience
- Strong computer skills
- Good data entry processing skills
- Excellent communication skills written and spoken
- Previous experience filling out shipping documents such as bill of ladings
- Good customer service abilities
