MUST BE ABLE TO RELIABLY COMMUTE TO OUR OFFICE IN BURLINGTON TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE
THE POSITIONOur Sidewalk Shoveler / Opeator will be responsible for engaging in the shoveling of walkways, vehicle depots, and common access areas in various commercial and industrial sites alongside a crew of 3 to 5 labourers. Their goal is to ensure that the job gets done well, and in as efficient a manner possible for the satisfaction of our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES· Shoveling sidewalks, walkways, vehicle depots, and common access areas in various commercial and industrial sites· Ensuring that salt, and other ice-elimination agents are placed safely and effectively· Demonstrating exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of Snow Removal experience
- Available for on-call work throughout the season
- Possesses a heavy-duty jacket, gloves, pants, etc. to work outside in wet and cold conditions for extended periods of time.
- Able to reliably commute to work areas throughout the season in a timely manner
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Salary: Up to $50.00 per hour
