Snow Plow Driver Job at Pronto General Contractors
LOCATION: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) - Majority of work will be in around 400 & Steeles
PRONTO GENERAL CONTRACTORS IS LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED SNOW PLOW DRIVERS FOR THE 2022-2023 SNOW SEASON
- This is an On-Call Position
- Must be available from November 15th, 2022 - April 15th, 2023
- 7-10 snow calls per year
- Truck and plow provided
- Hourly rate based on experience (between $55-65/hour)
ROLE:
- Respond promptly for snow events
- Clear snow from customer sites and designated areas
- Operate vehicle in safe, responsible, and efficient manner following all recommended procedures
- Complete snow log book and truck inspections as required
- Other duties as assigned
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 2+ years of snow plowing experience
- Experience driving a pick up truck with plow
- Reliable & punctual
- Must be comfortable driving in extreme weather conditions
- Must have a valid G Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- Must be available on call 7 days a week, including holidays if needed
