Team Leader / Manager / Supervisor Job at Popeye's Restaurants
The Manager will play the key role in the operation of the restaurant. The Restaurant Assistant Manager has the overall responsibility for:
Directing the daily operations of a restaurant
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability
Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer
Other duties as required or assigned
Qualified Candidates will meet the following requirements:
Restaurant work experience in a supervisory position or related education and work experiences
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Experience in team building and training
Excellent communication skills
Open / flexible work availability
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding guest courtesy skills

Willing to relocate to Mono, ON
