Requirements:
- Working closely with the learning team, test, gain knowledge of and develop training in two key firm-wide application rollouts. •Participate in UAT, focus groups, development and train-the-trainer sessions. •Engage with stakeholders, IT specialists and other business professionals to develop training materials. •Deliver training via webcast and classroom sessions and provide post training support. •Assist the learning team in other various tasks, as needed.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience •Have 5+ years of technical training experience (law firm and/or detail oriented services environment preferred) •Be familiar with E-Learning software and be able to convert technical concepts into learning opportunities •Proven experience in iManage Work 10 and have a general knowledge of document management systems and concepts. •Have some experience in 3E, InTapp and Billstream systems and have a general knowledge of time-entry and billing concepts. •Be excellent in organizing and planning in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities •Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization •Be proficient in technical writing •Be a confident self-starter, motivated by teaching others and seeing projects through to conclusion
