What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading your team members by accompanying and supporting them in their professional store projects and personal development.
  • Performing monthly individual meetings (EID) with members of their team.
  • Developing partnerships that expand the sporting community.
  • Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer’s needs.
  • Overseeing the smooth operation of your department by ensuring consistency with the store’s strategy.
  • Working with teammates to meet established objectives.
  • Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
  • Receiving and stocking merchandise efficiently to make products available to our customers as quickly as possible.
  • Contributing to the company's on-going improvement.
Profile:
  • Marked interest in and enthusiasm for retail, customer service, and sports.
  • Experienced personnel manager with an inclusive and participatory team approach.
  • Interpersonal skills: actively listens to their team in order to mobilize, develop, and motivate them around common objectives.
  • Thrives on challenges, enjoys making decisions independently, and is open-minded.
  • Ability to recruit team members and offer coaching and mentorship.
