Staffinity is looking for a Bilingual Team Leader - Investments for a client in Toronto. This is a permanent position and the hours are 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Base salary is 60-75k + bonus and is paid on a 35 hour work week.This position will start fully remote but will eventually move to a flex schedule, a few days per week in the office and the rest at home.Ofiices are located in Toronto, St, John's, Montreal or Quebec City.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor the development of the Investments Team.
• Help to organize and monitor work processes.
• Oversee ownership of assigned files and quality of data by the team.
• Provide support to regional dealer offices on technical issues, daily investment trading, general processing questions, ongoing training and any other questions related to investments.
• Facilitate software vendor upgrades.
• Develop, test and document new processes for team members.
• Meet with and establish relationships with carriers and advisors.
• Effectively resolve issues, questions or complaints.
• Establish and facilitate new client accounts in the WealthServ Investment System.
• Manage incoming and outgoing Investments mail to ensure all service standards are met

Qualifications:

• Fluently bilingual in English and French
• 5-7 years' Investment industry experience
• FLMI, ACS, AIAA a definite asset
• Supervisory experience is a MUST
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Creative problem solver with highly developed critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
