We service businesses with daily and weekly freight requirements north of HWY 16 in Alberta and B.C. that want timely delivery and competitive pricing. We build relationships with these businesses that have local decision making and we specialize in mid/last mile delivery.
We currently operate out of Calgary, Edmonton, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Edson, Hinton, Fort St John and Fox Creek!
Our Peace River Location is looking for an Adminstrator / Dispatcher. The schedule is Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Saturday 8:00am - 11:00am

Willy’s Trucking Service currently has a position available for a Customer Service / Dispatcher in our Fort St. John location.
Responsibilities
- Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-stop pick ups.
- Answering phone calls and entering entering pick-up information
- Booking in pick ups and liaising with customers.
- Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system (TMW Truck Mate).
- Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely services and accurate information
- Admin tasks such as schedule management, ordering office supplies etc.

- Ability to connect with people on the telephone
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
