Sutton Quantum is an ever-growing real estate brokerage in search of a
fantastic Agent Services Coordinator with a blend of tactical, procedural, analytical
expertise. While continuously creating strategies to improve productivity
and efficiency, the ideal candidate would have great organizational, time
management and listening skills. We are fast-paced and always striving
to evolve. The chosen individual will be a critical thinker with great
problem solving techniques!
You would work at our offices in Mississauga and Oakville, Ontario. This position requires flexibility with shifts including 9-5pm and 12-8pm. Occasional weekends may be required during busy peaks.
Compensation includes attractive base pay plus participation in our company bonus pool. We also offer paid company benefits.
The ideal candidate would have:
● Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate administration
● Exceptional attention to detail
● Strong IT skills
