Bilingual Agency Administrator - Quebec City Job at Christian Duplessis HR

We are seeking an Agency Administrator for a large Canadian client. This is a permanent position with excellent benefits. The working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday and the salary range is $45,000-55,000. This position will work 2 days per week from the Quebec City office. Fluency in French and English.


Responsibilities:

  • Aid in completion of all new contracting and transfers.
  • Manage assigned files to completion.
  • Review contracts for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain employee profile and ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Verify that all licensing and E&O requirements are up to date and entered into the system.
  • Address contracting and licensing inquiries.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years contracting experience with an existing General Agency or similar work environment
  • Industry designation(s) (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) desirable
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Knowledge of WealthServ, APEXA and Microsoft Office programs; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
