Job Title: CNC Programmer for Automotive Company

NASS is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer.

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality automotive parts.

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour

Shifts available:

• Morning
• Afternoon

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs and tooling setups for automotive parts production
• Operate and maintain CNC machines, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met
• Program and setup of multiple CNC 3-Axis Vertical Machining Centre.
• Set up equipment for machining of complex high precision metal parts, including setting fixtures and tooling.
• Programming, setting up and machining of NC blocks and various 3D machined parts. (Surface programing and machining).
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve technical issues in production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and programming languages such as G-code and M-code
• Ability to generate programs using MasterCam
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with automotive industry and production processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
