  • Oversee and manage all aspects of high rise development projects in London, Ontario, from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, including foremen, tradespeople, and laborers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track expenses to ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permit requirements throughout the construction process.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, including milestones, challenges, and solutions.

  • Proven track record of successfully completing high rise development projects on time and within budget.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction regulations, building codes, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites within London, Ontario, as required.
