Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals with consistent standards of food quality and customer satisfaction,
  • Produce high quality food,
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Maintain a clean kitchen and work area
  • May assist with menu planning, determining the size of food portions, costs and ordering supplies
  • Always represent the interests and values of the Company in the workplace

Job Qualifications

  • You have 3-5+ years of previous kitchen or cooking experience,
  • You have Food Safe Level 1 certification required,
  • You have strong communication skills,
  • You’re able to work in a fast-paced environment,

Considerations:

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
  • While performing the duties of this position, team members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool
