We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team here at Company. The successful candidate will be required to communicate with customers and assist them with achieving their goals. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external individuals.
• The knowledge of the internal structure and operations of the client company.
• The ability to anticipate and solve customer problems.
• The ability to use reasoning, organization, and analytical skills to resolve issues related to requests for the client's services.
• The ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• The ability to handle stress effectively; it may be necessary to handle disputes between customers and clients.
• The ability to use technology systems.
• The ability to review and evaluate information in order to make decisions regarding requests for the client's services.
