Executive Acquisitions is actively hiring to fill a Customer Service and Sales Representative opening due to a new client project we are launching. As the Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will report directly to the Senior Customer Service and Sales Manager. The objective of the Customer Service and Sales Representative position is to provide above satisfactory customer service and sales support, address customer concerns and questions with the utmost professionalism, keep detailed records of all customer interactions, and escalate issues to the necessary department if needed.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Speak with potential customers regularly and present available product and service solutions, qualify and determine availability and assist with the sales process
  • Establish genuine relationships with internal and external customers as a way to form trust and loyalty
  • Assist in the daily growth and development of the specified sales campaigns
  • Think critically regarding all aspects related to the customer service and sales pipeline in order to develop performance improvement plans and streamline sales procedures
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure the integrity of the sales experience remains intact
  • Work with current sales team members and shadowing client meetings and conference calls, filling out daily and weekly performance evaluations, and assist in new employee onboarding sessions
  • Embody company culture and maintain high team engagement

Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing setting is preferred though this is an entry-level position and full training is provided
  • Degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field is preferred
  • High-level communication skills - must be able to understand and effectively present ideas, solutions, and issues
  • Proven history of initiative, self-motivation, and creativity
  • Ability to work and manage relationships across multiple teams and departments, particularly sales, customer success, and HR
  • Reliable transportation to and from our office in Calgary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $700.00-$1,000.00 per week
