Cronos Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will work within the Customer Service Department and report to the Associate Director, Customer Service North America. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of support to both DTC customers and retail and government partners. The Customer Service Coordinator will be expected to interact with the general public in a manner that promotes a positive image of Cronos Group and all its divisions. They must demonstrate a high level of administrative skills with attention to detail, and have a moderate to high understanding of the required internal systems and programs, including but not limited to, Salesforce, Excel, Outlook, Shopify, etc. The Customer Service coordinator must be able to work independently without supervision and be self-motivated as this position is fully remote. The ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, and forward- thinking.

This position is based out of Ontario.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answer incoming calls and correspondence to provide required assistance to all external parties, including customers, potential customers, as well as retail partners and government boards
  • Proactively identify solutions to customers’ needs and action accordingly
  • Perform accurate data entry including, but not limited to; complaints data entry, email correspondence, excel spreadsheets to track and present to collaborating teams
  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy to all customers in every interaction
  • Strictly adhere to confidentiality and privacy requirements
  • Display the highest commitment to customer service and maintain an outstanding customer experience throughout every interaction
  • Additional duties as required

You’ll need to have:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service/customer facing role
  • College/University degree is preferred Salesforce experience considered an asset
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Consumer focused mindset with a willingness to provide creative problem-solving solutions to meet the needs of customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills to convey information appropriately to a variety of audiences Meticulous about detail and accuracy while working effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Consistently capable of calmly and effectively responding to tense situations
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Must be able to provide clear criminal record check
