What Is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Representative will support various administrative support within our utility’s projects across Ontario.

Note: This is a contract position

What You Will Do Here:

  • Data entry and updating of project data into the system
  • Ensure the accuracy of inputted data and make corrections as required
  • Keep track of work progress on the project to ensure the meeting of deadlines
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and processing various project specific forms
  • Liaise with Site Administrators and employees
  • Create and maintain processing checklists
  • Keep track of received reports and maintenance forms
  • Validate documents accuracy and completeness
  • Balance and validate processed data with source documents
  • Review and make necessary corrections to information
  • Generate reports and respond to inquiries regarding entered data as requested.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Bilingual (French and English) is required
  • Highschool diploma or related post-secondary education
  • 1-2 years Project data clerk experience in a construction industry considered an asset.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents).
  • Capability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
  • Aptitude to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once
  • Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
  • Always exhibit a polite and professional manner.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Outlook. SAP experience is a strong asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Ottawa, ON K1X 1G7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
