Data Entry & Agent Assistant Job at TRAVEL BEST BETS
Job Description:
This is an integral position at Travel Best Bets head office in Burnaby, BC. This person will assist the travel agents with documentation. We are looking for someone kind & self-motivated. This person must also have fantastic attention to detail because they are responsible for reviewing all of the travel documents against the computer profile of the clients to ensure all of the details are correct before sending them out.
Daily Duties:
-enter booking details into our computer system
-reviewing travel documents to ensure they are correct before getting them to clients
-general administrative duties
REQUIRED: basic knowledge of Windows based computer programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We are currently only allowing vaccinated clients into the office. The reception area is currently protected by a plexi-glass barrier. We encourage a mask to be worn when guests enter the office.
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
