We assume that you have an understanding of Microsoft Office and are not afraid to learn new software and processes. You will be actively learning the back end of our business, executing our processes excellently, and making sure that documents and communication our office delivers and receives are taken care of promptly and correctly the first time.

On a day-to-day basis you will be executing the following with excellence:

  • Prepare lease agreements for review
  • Facilitate administration of lease renewals
  • Prepare notices and letters to tenants
  • Prepare brokerage service agreements
  • Prepare statement of accounts
  • Attend to emails from team members, tenants, Landlords
  • Filing and other general office duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • 2 years in administrative or legal role (Preferred)

This role is a 40 hr per week position during regular business hours. This role functions on our team from our office in the West End of Edmonton with additional off-site activities as needed throughout the Greater Edmonton area. A vehicle is a “must” in order to be an effective member of our team.
