Equipment Rental Manager Job at Martushev Logging
Martushev Group is a rapidly growing company, and we are expanding into the rental business.
We are looking for a person that is interested and experienced to take control of setting up a rental operation for all the equipment, camp and office trailers, vehicles, trailers, and gear that Martushev has in inventory.
This person will need experience and knowledge in:
· Managing and Operating equipment Rental businesses;
· Sales and Business Development;
· Equipment Coordination;
· Building and managing inventory lists;
· Developing or implementing tracking systems;
· Developing Terms and Conditions for renting equipment;
· Understand insurance requirements and liabilities;
· Current rental pricing and developing competitive rates;
· Being on the front lines of representing the equipment;
· Inspection protocols for leaving and returning equipment;
· Hands on mechanical experience; and,
· Handling the day-to-day operations.
This person will have the opportunity to develop a new division of Martushev, so we require someone with passion, experience, willingness to take this idea to the next level.
This position is based out of Edmonton or Whitecourt, Alberta.
Compensation for this position will be based on experience however will be a very competitive wage along with a percentage of the revenue. The only limit is the one you place on yourself.
