The sites that were formerly known as True North Clinical Research are located in Nova Scotia and specialize in research related to Alzheimer’s disease and conditions related to aging, and are committed to finding new treatments to maintain an improved quality of life for patients through innovation and passion.

Currently, our rapidly expanding team and site network is looking for a Financial Budget Analyst who can work for us on a full-time, permanent basis. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Prepares, maintains, and analyzes budgets and prices to be charged by the company for clinical trial activities
• Provide costing and margin analysis for budgets for the clinical trials
• Prepares the Statement of Work for Investigators based on protocol and budgets
• Review site level revenue and costs for profitability
• Assists with inputting SOW payments and costs into the CTMS for current and upcoming research studies
• Prepare Phase 1 trial RFP documents including costing and revenue
• Be a KPI champion for finance and contract and budget teams
• Work with community vendors to establish pricing for outside procedure contracts

Requirements:

• University/College degree/diploma required
• 3 years minimum experience in a professional setting
• Strong skill set with Microsoft Office required
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
