In this role, you will be responsible for the collection and preparation of all financial aspects of the SR&ED claims process. Our client base includes a variety of premier corporate leaders in the software and manufacturing arenas. Responsibilities:
- Interface with the finance departments at technology / manufacturing companies conducting leading edge Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) activities.
- Interact with peers, clients, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) representatives supporting & building SRED.io’s client base
- Analyze of financial information and preparation of the R&D cost schedules
- Monitor the entire process from claim until contribution.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with SR&ED and/or other tax programs
- Graduate of in Engineering, Mathematics, or Accounting from a post-secondary institution
- Quick learner – ability to research and understand tax regulations surrounding SR&ED and related tax implications
