Responsibilities:

Greet customers on their arrival, verify reservation data and offer additional services.

Confirm, modify or cancel a reservation.

Obtain payment guarantees.

Assign the rooms, hand over the keys and provide the client with useful information about the establishment.

Check client satisfaction when leaving.

Finalize the note, have the accommodation costs approved, collect the payment and give a copy of the transaction to the client.

Collect keys and other items.

Promote the establishment's services, tourist attractions and various activities in the region and make reservations as needed

Receive and distribute mail or messages intended for customers.

Ensure the safety of customers and their property.

Respond to customer requests (wake-up call, room change, etc.)

Process customer comments and complaints and ensure the necessary follow-ups with customers and the departments concerned, transmit essential information to the people concerned.

Check daily records, customer accounts, cash statements and supporting documents.

Communicate to the various departments of the establishment the needs associated with reservations and customer requests.

Ensure the availability of equipment and follow-up on the services offered to customers.

Coordinate with the various departments (dining room, meeting rooms, room service, etc.)
