We are currently seeking a Fulfillment Services Client Portal Coordinator to join our growing Fulfillment Team. This role focuses on Customer Portal web development where customers can manage their relationship with Westkey, such as checking the status of their open support requests, following relevant knowledge base articles, and contributing to our community. This role supports our clients and offers an excellent opportunity to learn, develop or refresh skills. The potential for growth and advancement within the company is unlimited.

The successful candidate will work from our Burnaby office in a team environment with other Fulfillment staff. This role requires exemplary technical and customer service skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain online ordering portals for existing and new customers.
  • Work in a visual/graphical interface and adjust the layout in accordance with client requirements. (Quantum Q-Design, DSF Smartcanvas)
  • Create variable data templates and trouble shoot system errors.
  • Work co-operatively and support all internal teams (Sales, Production, Shipping & Accounting) by creating reports and providing accurate and timely data.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to queries from customers via phone & e-mail, escalating to management, as required, while ultimately providing a resolution
  • Review open orders and backorders daily, follow up with the production & sales team, to ensure the customer receives their product in an appropriate time
  • Process Print on Demand orders, follow up with production and shipping to make sure orders are shipped on time.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in SCM, IT or a related field, preferred.
  • Some experience in building e-commerce platforms, web design or IT, preferred.
  • Ability to “think outside the box” using creative problem-solving skills to come up with unconventional solutions.
  • Demonstrate a “can do” attitude, the initiative to take the time to learn the product and services offered.
  • Excellent ability to fully utilize Microsoft Excel.
  • Interested in learning more about using HTML and CSS for basic website customization.
  • Knowledge of Java Script for basic web development, an asset.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat Professional, an asset.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with internal team and clients.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, flexible to changing requirements as the business develops.
  • Motivated by success and achieving company targets
  • Experience in customer service, computing or supply chain would be an asset
