About The Role

At Wildcraft, we love all things natural and elevated wellness—and we're looking for someone who shares these passions to help our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our small in-house production team in the preparation and production of Wildcraft products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end production process for products, including prepping and sanitising containers and equipment pre-production, mixing and assembling product formulations, washing and cleaning equipment post-production, and labelling and filling containers by hand and with semi-automatic manufacturing equipment
  • Maintain a working knowledge of production processes for all products and manufacturing equipment, including set up, operation and cleanup
  • Lift and move heavy boxes or containers during production and inventory receiving
  • Leverage company tools and programs to complete activities, such as our Google Sheets-based inventory management tool, Slack and email
  • Assist with sourcing inputs, such as ingredients, containers and equipment
  • Assist with managing inventory, including ingredients, containers, boxes, labels, and finished inventory
  • Assist with production scheduling and planning
  • Support compliance activities to meet industry regulations

Skills / Qualifications / Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with a background in or passion for natural skincare and a little bit of perfectionism. Any of the below would also be valued:

  • Experience producing personal care products or preparing food products in a commercial setting
  • Qualifications in aromatherapy or herbalism
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness with a strong work ethic and common sense
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
