Full training provided. No experience needed. Training available in multiple languages.

Full-time, rotating shifts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night shift runs from Sunday night to Friday morning). 3 shift rotation. 2 weeks on each shift.

$500 bonus after completion of 6 months of service.

Job Description

The Machine Operator role consists of light assembly and packaging of plastic components. No production experience is necessary. In addition to the start rate, a $2.00 per hour premium will be paid for each hour worked on designated machines. A higher skill level is required and training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Ensure machines are running correctly and quality parts are being produced.

· Read and comply with the Quality Plan ensuring proper assembly, trimming, packaging and taping of products.

· Inform proper personnel of any problems with machines, equipment or products.

· Operate equipment in compliance with all health and safety policies and regulations.

· Complete daily paperwork and Operator Quality Reports

· Follow proper housekeeping and sanitation procedures.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

· Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to work independently without regular supervision

· Ability to read, write, and communicate in effectively

· Ability to work rotating shifts

Salary: $17.75-$19.75 per hour
