What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Junior Product Operations Coordinator who is eager to learn and understand all our design constraints (both product and schematic) to effectively communicate them to our creators. We are looking for a self-starter with a creative mind who understands how to multi-task, managing our design workflow system whilst communicating with creators. As a Junior Product Operations Coordinator, you will work across departments and with some of the largest content creators in the world to execute campaigns that generate 6-figure sales in several weeks. Your Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert on our design and manufacturing constraints and communicate directly between our content creators and design/manufacturing team to help bring their vision to life.
• Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly.
• Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.
• Take ownership of our proofing software to improve and maintain an efficient workflow pipeline.
• Relay all customer feedback through our design pipelines to help maintain the flow of product creation.
• Work with the design team to ensure a solid process for getting all your digital assets ready.
