Our successful client in the Transportation industry is looking for a Client Relations Agent/ Logistics to join their team.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (must be flexible)
Contract to start under Altis Payroll for the first few months, based on performance and attendance you will be taken on contract through the client for a total of 1 year. There is high potential for permanent hire and opportunity for career growth!

In office for the first few months for training. Once completely trained, will become hybrid

Pay Rate: $23.07 per hour

The successful candidate MUST be comfortable in a high volume

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and confirm services to achieve Customer commitments & project deliverables
• Work with external & internal teams to coordinate transportation of products from central warehouse to local service warehouses, vendors or customer sites
• Monitor supply usage for pre-configuration, installation and ensure products are on hand to complete deliveries
• Ability to work seated for a prolonged period of time.
• Ability to ensure customers is receiving call backs and follows up as communicated by the customer service representative.
• Process orders, advise clients and customers of rates
• Arrange for pick ups and deliveries and coordinating with Tech staff
• Tracking and tracing shipments
• Order Entry

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong understanding of 3PL service offerings.
• Post Secondary Education Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• You have a strong knowledge of MS-office applications.
• You have experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong Customer Service skills both oral and written
• You have strong attention to detail.
• When making decisions, you consider everyone and engage those who can add value to the process.
• You are adaptable in your approach and prioritize with focus on what adds value to the client.
