Metallics Heating & Ventilation (Metallics) is a growing custom sheet metal and HVAC fabricator and contractor established in West Edmonton. Specializing in the commercial market, our team is made up of individuals that want to continuously learn and improve their skill sets to exceed our customers expectations. Training and support will be offered both in the fabrication facility and field to individuals who are reliable and demonstrate a strong desire to succeed with a customer focused philosophy.
Metallics is currently looking for a ticketed Journey person to fulfill the role of Field Supervisor to support our projects throughout Alberta. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker and problem solver who is capable of working independently as well as in a team environment. Experience supervising small crews of 3-4 individuals, and the ability to work outside of Edmonton would be considered assets.
As a client focused Field Supervisor, an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on safety is a must. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform layout and material take offs for shop fabrication are also crucial for this role.

Hourly Pay: $39.00 - $41.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
