Company Description

The Association office is located in Stratford, Ontario and provides services to the 260+ REALTOR® members who trade within Huron and Perth County and surrounding areas. The successful candidate reports to the Executive Officer, and assists with the strategic operations of the corporation to support the vision, mission and values for the success of the Association and it’s members.

The Office Administrator incumbent will bring a variety of diverse skills and competencies to reach success in this role and will value integrity, relationships, teamwork, continuous improvement and communication.

Professional experience and working knowledge of a Not-for-Profit Corporation related to the real estate professional would be an asset including member management profiles, accounting/finance management (working with SAGE accounting program), technology support for MLS® listing data base and telephone reception. Knowledge in advancing technologies is essential for the Association and the REALTOR® members being served.
