Montreal Neurological Institute

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of high complexity and the incumbent performs them using general instruction.
  • Organizes individuals as well as events such as meetings, workshops and sessions;
  • Acts as a liaison between the unit and internal or external parties to provide various assistance or information;
  • Acts as a resource person to resolve various issues that may arise during planning, scheduling and events;
  • Performs specific editing and reviewing of documents as required.
  • Collects and enters data into established databases;
  • Processes data and reports as required. Creates various other reports when needed;
  • Schedules appointments and meetings when required;
  • Performs basic word processing functions such as, document formatting, labeling, spellcheck, mail merge, drafting letters from template.
Other qualifying skills and abilities
Microsoft Office, Communication skills, effectively manage time and to prioritize tasks. Must be bilingual.
This position is covered by the AMUSE collective agreement.
Minimum Education and Experience:
High School Diploma 2 Years Related Experience
Hourly Salary:
(AMUSE C) $15.82
