P/T Administrative /Customer Service Assistant [Remote]

No one day looks the same at The Good Tee! Therefore you are someone with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multitask. You will enjoy working under pressure during some parts of your week, and then having a moment to pause and connect with the founder who you will work directly with to fulfill warehouse to process orders, as well as assisting our wholesale accounts to help maximize sales opportunities. Here’s what a typical week could entail:

_ Ensure all orders are processed with our warehouse and in a timely manner_
_ Assist customer orders/exchanges/returns_
_ Answering emails and managing customer queries and chat_
_ Resolve any issues with processing orders_
_ Manage wholesale setup of accounts & follow-ups and process orders using CRM_
_ Manage/update inventory Shopify (all orders not processed through Shopify and/or Shopify exchanges returns)_
_ Managing Shopify_
_ Updating standard operating procedures_
_ Sales and lead generation_
_ Assist with new partnerships and collaborations to drive sales_
_ Work with our software Shopify, must have experience_
_ Klaviyo, Asana, Slack, QuickBooks and canva an asset (we’ll train you too)_

  • People person that enjoys building relationships and has an entrepreneurial drive
  • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact
