Who are we seeking to join our team?


GoCo is seeking an experienced P&C analyst for it's Montreal or Toronto office.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following:


  • Provides direct support to P&C as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of P&C-related transactions
  • Apply HR policies and guidelines. Develop, maintain and adhere to end-to-end processes for accurate and timely tracking of issues.
  • Act as the GoCo Wellness and Engagement Prime within TELUS; lead the GoCo internal Engagement committee; prime the annual Engagement Survey - Pulsecheck
  • Act as the GoCo Time Administrator’ liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Generate reports and provide analytical information to the P&C Director
  • Regular audit on records of personnel-related data (org structure, job titles, leaves, hiring/ turnover rates, etc.)
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Assist in ad-hoc P&C projects
  • Represent the brand externally and internally
  • Other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the team?


  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or P&C related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in technical recruitment
  • Must be fluent in French & English, written & spoken
  • Must have a solid understanding of the telecommunication industry
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook, along with the ability to use an Applicant Tracking System
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize
