Fulltime position in Port Robinson

A long standing Heat Treating company is looking for reliable and hard working individuals to join their team.

Job Requirements:

  • experience in a manufacturing setting
  • able to stand for long periods of time
  • must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
  • being able to handle a fast paced heavy industrial setting
  • able to work rotating shifts. Must be able to work days, afternoons and nights.
  • must be bondable for at least the last 5 years
  • must have own transportation as this position is not accessible by public transportation

Job Duties:

  • stacking little parts on rods
  • making sure they are separated
  • loading steel racks with metal parts then lifting these heavy racks into the heat treating machines
  • sealing parts for the heat treating process
  • various other production duties

Salary: $20/ hour

Shifts rotate weekly: Mondays to Fridays 7:30am – 4pm and 3:30pm – 12am

Sundays to Thursdays, 11:30pm – 8am

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

  • In order to pass the required reliability clearance you would have to have lived in Canada for at least 5 years. Have you lived in Canada a minimum of 5 years?
