Job Summary
Coreio is looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team on a 5 Weeks contract to start (with potential for extension). This role is a great opportunity for an individual who has some project coordination experience under their belt and is interested in pursuing a career in this field.

This role will be primarily focused on coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information, as well as liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. The role will mostly be remote, with some occasional travel to Woodbridge, ON or Scarborough, ON (mainly to acquire hardware or if there any issues that affect the ability to work from home).

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track information, communications, and documents for assigned projects.
  • Handles administrative tasks, managing deadlines and workflows.
  • Responsible for resourcing tech for install / deinstall printer orders.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • ServiceNow experience would be beneficial.
  • Communicate with internal / external clients.
  • Attend meeting to ensure projects are on track.
Qualifications
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience with project coordination and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
