Receptionist

EasyInsure, a rapidly growing national brokerage, is looking for a full time Receptionist to join our growing head office team. This individual will be responsible for working with our existing clients providing excellent customer service and outstanding value in every transaction. This is an ideal role for a strong team player who is detailed oriented, enjoys working with people and a commitment to deliver results on required deadlines. Responsibilities:

  • Greets clients/prospects that come into our office
  • Answer calls, assist customer and/or forward to appropriate person
  • Sorts and forwards faxes/emails received
  • Prints receipts for all payments received
  • Logs all payments received from clients in system
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier and regular mail
  • Scanning and attaching documents in broker BMS
  • Other administrative and facility duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 -2 years receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service experience and multitasking skills
  • Professional, team player
  • Strong MS office (Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to handle escalated client complaints
