Required Knowledge and Experience: 2 + years’ administrative experience
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Legal Experience is a must
- Greeting all visitors and directing them to the waiting area in reception.
- Contacting firm member to announce the visitor’s arrival.
- Answering the calls to the firm. This includes screening and forwarding all calls as appropriate and providing general firm information to callers as required .
- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Photocopying, faxing, binding
- Maintaining and scheduling client meetings, court schedules etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
