Responsibilities for Host

• Greet Guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
• Provide Guests with an authentic, sociable experience
• Manage waitlists and advise Guests on accurate wait times Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program Clean and stage the dining room quickly, paying close attention to detail

Responsibilities for Expo
**
**

• Ensure the quality of food and plating being prepared to to recipe standard each and every time
• Restock the items and clean the work area as you go while on duty
• Follow food safe Handling Procedure all the times
• Perform all closing/opening and cleaning task as instructed
• Pack take out orders properly ensuring everything is in the bags
• Deliver the orders to Curbside when guests arrive
• Run food/plates to tables as its ready in the window

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Team oriented and able to build and foster positive relationships
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment Dynamic personality, energetic and confident
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Punctual and reliable
