The Role
As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Retail Store Associate to our team of professionals. This position will deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers
- Expanding online sales
- Taking customer orders
- Packing orders and preparing boxes for shipments
- Delivering/handing out customer orders
- Driving sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Assisting with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Maintaining workstation cleanliness
- Cash auditing
A successful candidate will have:
- Above average customer service skills
- The ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Experience handling cash
- Experience in food environment is an asset
