Sales Order Entry / A/R Clerk Job at Jadee Meat Products Ltd.
Jadee Meat Products is located in Beamsville, Ontario and is an established and growing food processing company. Our finance department is actively seeking a detail oriented and professional individual to fill an Sales Order entry / Receivable Clerk.
Job Responsibilities
- Take orders, confirm with customers, co-ordinate delivery to customer, prepare bill of lading
- Prepare sales invoices, send invoice to customer based on their specific requirements
- Prepare sales and invoice reports for management
- Update system weekly for price changes
- Prepare credit memos, post credits to customer accounts.
- Maintain accounts receivable ledger
- Post customer payments received to accounting system
- File sales invoices, various documents
- Answer incoming calls and handle callers’ inquiries, assist visitors entering front office and maintenance of visitor log book (when receptionist unavailable).
- Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 yrs experience working within data entry role
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
- High level of accuracy and expediency in data entry
- Knowledge of accounts payable and reconciliation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
