YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:
- Operate a 100T /150T (777 and 785) haul truck in a mining environment;
- Conduct pre-operation checks and fill out required paper work before and after shifts;
- Follow the Dispatcher’s instructions using the Wenco System;
- Deliver loads to the proper waste dumps and ore stock piles;
- Report to the Mine Production Supervisor pertaining to any deficiencies or safety concerns.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating haul trucks in a mining environment;
- Experience with a dispatch system is an asset (Wenco, Mine Star);
- Possess strong work ethic, a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team;
- Experience working in a multicultural environment;
- Strong ability to effectively communicate in English (oral and written);
- Opportunity reserved for Inuit candidates.
