about this team

The award-winning Search Engine Marketing Team is searching for a talented SEM Specialist to join the North American team. The Paid Search Team is responsible for incremental, omni-channel growth for lululemon’s North America Business. They work cross-functionally with the greater digital marketing team to drive revenue and new guest acquisition within our app, website and in-store channels.

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • Constantly ideate new ways for your team to grow and improve channel efficiency
  • Own SEM channel budgets and manage all day-to-day operations, from campaign strategy to execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Ensure SEM is running in accordance with industry best practices and maintain immaculate long-term tracking
  • Partner with analytics, technology, creative, brand and e-commerce teams to work in synchronisation
  • Liaise with Google, Microsoft, Apple and additional external vendors to find new opportunities to deploy, execute, and inform campaign strategy and identify new ways to scale performance
  • Manage budgets across Google, Microsoft and others.
  • Analyse campaign performance through Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Build out campaign performance reports and identify the "so what" for storytelling to executives
  • Work with internal teams develop creative that will perform towards KPI targets
qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience across digital and advertising specific to Search Engine Marketing ideal
  • Comfort with a fast-paced and often rapidly changing environment with a strong emphasis on individual contributions and execution excellence
  • Innate curiosity and willingness to learn, and an obsession with growth performance
  • Experience working with large teams and stakeholders, both internal and external, across time zones and geographies
  • Experience in the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns with a focus on long-term performance and improving cost efficiency
  • Experience working within SA360 and with analytics tools e.g. Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing strategies
  • Experience summarising results into slide decks
  • Impeccable writing and communication skills; intermediate second (or more) languages are an asset
  • Experience with Shopping Feeds, Google Merchant Center & Feed Management Tools
  • Experience managing and optimising across App, Display and YouTube campaigns
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimisation
  • Experience with campaigns targeting both the Canadian & USA market
  • Advanced Excel skills to generate useful insights that influence performance optimisations
  • Managing $8M+ Yearly Spend
