Pentagon Farm Centre is a full line agricultural equipment dealership, specializing in the AGCO family of brands as well as Claas Lexion combines. We are currently searching for someone to help out our Service Manager in Lacombe!
You bring:
- Mechanical knowledge, must have an agricultural background
- Superior organizational skills and customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Ability to prioritize jobs in a fast paced environment
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent phone skills

What does your day look like?
- Organizing trucking, our courier truck, the service trucks and our lube truck.
- Looking up error codes for customers, booking in shop or service truck appointments if necessary
- Making follow up calls to customers who have had their equipment repaired
- Making calls for our inspection program
- Ensuring customers are contacted regarding ongoing service truck repairs and scheduled service
