The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and motivated software developer to join the Design System team (12-month contract) and actively participate in the replacement of ASPX web forms with an Angular single page application to enhance our world-class enterprise software.

You will be working with and extending our Design System components, our unique dynamic form module, enhancing the data APIs and replacing existing web form pages.

Responsibilities:

This position provides an excellent opportunity to use and enhance your skills in the following areas:

• Reviewing and understanding business and functional requirements
• Developing sophisticated, web-based applications with Angular and Typescript.
• Creating or enhancing of re-usable components on our Design System
• Ensuring high quality by writing unit tests, automation tests and visual regression tests.
• Communicating with stakeholders and other colleagues to clarify any ambiguity, gain required knowledge and information.

Your background:

Essential:

• Experience with Angular and Typescript.
• Experience with Angular and Typescript.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle of a large project and can brainstorm new ideas, implement features, test functionality, and fix bugs.
• Experience reviewing feature specifications.
• Ability to discover and drive requirements from an end goal vision.
• Familiarity with ASPX web forms and C#.

Nice to have:

• Experience writing unit tests automation tests.
• CSS or SASS expertise
• Experience developing re-usable components.
• NodeJS knowledge and ability to write JavaScript scripts or tools.
