Position:* Stockroom Clerk
Status: Regular Full Time, 40 hours a week
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Delta, BC, Canada
Reports to: Inventory Lead

Purpose:*
Whitewater is seeking a Stockroom Clerk who ensures that inventory arrives on time, is undamaged, and is allocated to the proper areas. They maintain the accuracy of items coming in and out of Stockroom through timely ERP transactions. Maintaining inventory accuracy will prevent delays and improve efficiency. They are additionally responsible for maintaining a clean and safe stockroom.

Essential Responsibilities:*

  • Deliver picking routes to satisfy production and sales order requirements
  • Label materials as per set standards
  • Consolidate physical inventory into the primary picking location
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through timely transactions in the ERP system
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of bins/picking locations as per set standards, including safety standards
  • Put away orders and transact in the ERP system
  • Kitting and light assembly work
  • Executes monthly date checks
  • Count inventory in the stockroom as per scheduled cycle counting
  • Coordinate with the inventory lead to resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Provides a high level of customer service
  • Move materials by forklift when necessary

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in a warehouse/stockroom or inventory role
  • Experience in an MRP/ERP system is required
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Microsoft Excel and Word are an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift and move inventory up to 75lbs
  • Able to bend to pick up inventory
  • Able to climb stairs
