Student Social Media / Community Outreach Manager Job at Intragrad, Inc.

Intragrad, Inc. Remote

A skill-exchange membership where female entrepreneurs and freelancers exchange their services and expertise to help each other build and grow their businesses is looking for part-time student support with digital marketing activities, social media management and community management. The job is remote and will require 10 -20 hours per week. The candidate must be passionate about what is being built and who wants to have a meaningful role in shaping and growing this start-up company.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Social media management across various platforms
  • Scheduling and posting content (based on existing content and ideas provided)
  • Researching topics, best practices, trends, and hashtags
  • Create different content for various channels to help drive brand awareness. This includes creating copy for long-form content (i.e. blogs), and short-form content (posts and captions on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube etc.)
  • Content repurposing
  • Creating resources for the community to help drive engagement and support members with making connections, collaborations, and exchanges
  • Reel creation and video editing

Outreach & partner management

  • Identifying and securing speaking or contributor opportunities (guest blogs, guest speakers, presentations)
  • Responding to email, personal messages, direct messages of prospective clients and prospective partners
  • Responding to queries by current clients
  • Community engagement and support

Qualifications:

  • Business administration with marketing specialization
  • Experience with social media management
  • Experience in content marketing
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in digital marketing an asset
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and passion for empowering women in business

Skills

  • Able to provide excellent customer service, self starter, takes initiative, open to learning, works well with others on the team
  • Strong Writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative, outside of the box thinker
  • Familiar with the social media platforms and how they differ

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

  • No weekends
