Studio Manager Job at Fabutan
Canada's largest sunshine brand – Fabutan and Hush Lash Studio in Airdrie, is looking for a full-time studio manager. We are looking for someone that is friendly, outgoing, reliable, sales driven candidates. Hires with previous sales experience and management/supervisor experience are an asset.
The ideal candidate will represent our brand through use of our services, to continuously grow their knowledge and educate themselves further on the services and products we offer, to ensure better education to our clients. We are looking for someone to treat the studio as their own, through studio cleanliness, customer service and growing a large clientele base through promoting.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Encourage, motivate and inspire staff to hit daily and monthly targets
- Continuous training and education through role play, team meetings and coaching
- In charge of general studio operations (Scheduling, timecards, purchase orders, inventory, cash outs)
- Studio recruitment (On boarding and dismissing part time staff)
