Creative Mindz is looking a tutoring assessment coordinator to join our team. Creative Mindz is a tutoring company which focuses on tutoring children from kindergarten to grade 6 but will be expanding in the future. We are focused on helping kids reach their full potential and are looking for someone who is passionate about kids with good admin/assessment skills. We offer flexible hours and growth opportunities within the business.
Responsibilities
- Calling potential enrollments
- Scheduling assessments
- Assisting with onboarding new clients
- Conducting assessments for tutoring
- Speaking with parents
- Coordinating classes
- Working closely with the business owner and making sure bookings are running smoothly
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children preferred
- Tutoring experience is an asset
- Administration experience an asset
- Calling and sales experience an asset
- Exemplary organization skills
- Excellent and clear communication skills
- Time-management and punctuality
- Positive and energetic
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $16.53-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evenings
- Weekend availability
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
